Directions

Step 1

In a pot, add olive oil, butter, diced mushroom cook for 2 minutes medium heat.

Step 2

After 2 minutes add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes medium heat.

Step 3

Diced garlic,All purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes medium heat.

Step 4

Add diced thyme, broth, salt, black pepper continue to cook for 8 minutes medium heat.

Step 5

Add almond milk, diced parsley.Serve immediately with a sliced mushroom on top and garlic bread
