We usually love soups all year long. as it is fewer calories and carbs, mostly it goes well with the majority of types of diet. This cabbage soup recipe is so easy to make, and it can be cooked in just 10 minutes.

The biggest ingredient is cabbage, and it’s super cheap. So it doesn’t spoil quickly. This is one of those soups that is Incredibly delicious and satisfying at the same time. We hope you love it.

Directions

Step 1

In a pot, add oil, onion, garlic diced and cook in a pot medium heat for 2 minutes after that add following ingredients tomato puree, black beans, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, salt.

Step 2

Add broth and continue to cook in medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add parsley / cilantro leaves.

Step 4

Serve with rice, bread or pasta.
