Today we made a creamy tuna with pasta. It was warm and super comforting for dinner with just a few ingredients and can be made in less than 15 minutes. It’s not a melt in mouth experience but taste-wise a mind-blowing with each bite.

Directions

Step 1

In a pot olive oil, elbow pasta, water and cook for 6 minutes in medium heat.

Step 2

In a same pot add Coconut Milk, Tuna, Salt & Pepper continues to cook for 2 minutes in medium heat.

Step 3

Mix well and serve immediately with sprinkle of garlic powder, parsley & cheese.
