We are very excited to share this recipe with you, It’s amazingly refreshing, and this sauce is called Chimichurri.

This is not 100% followed by the authentic recipe from the origin of Argentina but, We managed to follow around 90%, and still, it brings out the freshness and tanginess as well. 

Not only Chimichurri chickpeas recipes that are easy to make. But almost no-cook is involved. If you are sick of super cooked hot food, then this might be a great Lunch for you.

Step 1

In a bowl add following ingredients extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, dried oregano, ground cumin, chile flakes, garlic powder, salt, black pepper mix well and set aside.

Step 2

In separate bowl add chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, diced carrots, diced onion, and feta cheese mix well and pour the step 1 mixture and mix it well,

Step 3

Serve immediately with choice of bread.
