Due to this lockdown, a lot of us are experiencing shortages in the ingredients that we used to get in the store, and this shortage helped us to create this Indian recipe called chicken tikka masala But instead of using whole food, we go with non-perishable food hat easily available in your food pantry.

Directions

Step 1

In a pot, add Oil,Chicken,Onion powder,Garlic powder,Ginger powder,Tomato puree,Garam Masala,Curry Powder,Paprika,Salt,Ground Black Pepper,Brown sugar and Cook in a pot medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Add broth and continue to cook in medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add Coconut milk,Cilantro leaves.

Step 4

Serve with rice, bread or pasta.
