Hello everyone!

Today we made this rice noodle recipe and It’s easy to make at home. This is a must-try Thai food. It’s also the world’s most popular noodle. It takes only 15 minutes to cook, But it will beat all the other noodle recipes that you have ever tried before. Seriously, it’s an out of the world experience.

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl add rice noodles and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

Step 2

In a wok add Sesame oil, Chicken / Shrimp and saute at medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 3

After that add Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Carrots and continue to cook at medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Add beaten eggs and continue to cook at medium heat for a minute.

Step 5

Add rice noodles

Step 6

After that add Fish sauce, Lemon juice, Green chilies, Brown sugar, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Black pepper, Salt, Mustard Green and continue to cook at medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Tofu, Beansprouts,Scallions, Roasted peanut chunk.

Step 8

Serve immediately with lime wedges and Jicama.
