We all love buffalo chicken but, We cannot eat it every day due to the calories, right? So, here we created a healthy way where you get the same taste with less calories and its oven baked Buffalo cauliflower. This recipe is really easy to make, and you can cook in less than 40 minutes.

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl add following ingredients Butter, Milk, Hot Sauce, Lemon Juice and mix it well.

Step 2

In the same bowl add Paprika, Garlic Powder, Honey, Salt, Black Pepper All-purpose Flour and mix it well.

Step 3

After that add cauliflower and coat well.

Step 4

Move It To A Parchment Paper Tray and bake At 450°f/225°c For 35 Minutes.

Step 5

Step 6

Serve Immediately With Ranch Sauce, Sliced Carrot And Celery.

    if you freeze the cauliflower with batter on and put them direct in the over without defrosting they end up super crispy
