Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SurviveOnAnyBudget ("SOAB," "we,") governing your use of our website, nutrition programs, free Resource Hub content, B2B solutions for food businesses, and the OmniPlate mobile application. By accessing any SOAB service, you accept these Terms in full.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or enroll in a program.
• Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One free account per person. Program subscriptions are non-transferable.

• Billing: Program subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/quarterly/annual depending on tier). You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period no proration for partial months.
• App Store / Google Play Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through app stores are governed by Apple's or Google's respective subscription terms in addition to these Terms. Refund requests for app store purchases must be directed to the respective store.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes affect new billing cycles only your current cycle remains at the original rate.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid program content (meal plans, exclusive recipes) without written permission.
• Use SOAB content to provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to third parties. Our content is educational only see our Health Disclaimer.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the OmniPlate app or API endpoints in bulk.
• Misrepresent SOAB content as your own work or claim professional medical credentials through our platform.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

All content on SOAB recipes, video production, written articles, brand assets, app design, and program curricula is the intellectual property of SurviveOnAnyBudget and its contributors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal wellness purposes only.

• SOAB is an educational nutrition platform, NOT a medical provider. Nothing on our services constitutes medical advice.
• We make no guarantees about specific health outcomes (weight change, energy improvement, gut healing timelines).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Your total liability to us under these Terms is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content ends immediately; free Resource Hub remains available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
