Hello everyone,

If you love brownie then this is the perfect brownie cake for you. It’s easy to prepare, and it can be ready in less than one hour. You will have up to 12 pieces so, It’s a quick way to celebrate with your families and friends.

You can serve it cold or while it’s warm. Either way, you will never go back to the regular brownie again.

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl vanilla extract, butter,, eggs, milk mix well with using whisk for 2 minutes.

Step 2

In the same bowl add cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, brown sugar and whisk for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add following ingredients all purpose flour, salt, dark chocolate, chopped and mix well with a spatula for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the dough into the baking tray. Bake at 350ºF/175°C for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Lightly drop the cake pan on a surface for 4 times and Continue to bake at 350ºF/175°C for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Cool it for 30 minutes before cut and serve.
