Step 1

In a bowl add step 1 ingredients and mix it well.

Take salmon fillet add 2 tablespoon of step 1 mixture in each fillet.

Cook both side in medium heat flesh side for 2 minutes and skin side 10 minutes.

STEP: 3 (Sauce) In a pan add step 4 ingredients and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Step 5

STEP: 4 (Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach) In a pan add following ingredients softened butter , mushroom, minced garlic sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Step 6

After that add baby spinach, tomatoes, salt, black pepper sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Step 7

Serve immediately sautéed mushrooms with spinach.
